What is the delivery time ?
Orders placed before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
What are the shipping costs ?
For orders under € 250.00 we charge € 12.50 in freight costs.
How will my order be delivered ?
We send your shipment with Parts Express (both day and night delivery). We can also send smaller packages with GLS.
Can I still change my order?
As long as items are still in the shopping cart, you can still change your order. For example, you can still change the quantity or possibly remove or add articles. After you have completed the ordering process it is no longer possible to change your order.
Can i cancel my order ?
In some cases you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact the sales department for this.
What happens if I order multiple products with different delivery times?
You can have the immediately available articles delivered immediately and receive the other articles together in a second delivery. You can also choose to have all items delivered at once when all items are available.
The item with the longest delivery time determines the time of delivery
