Clear the access to the diesel particulate filter. Usually, the pressure or temperature sensor will have to be removed to access the clogged filter. Then the spray lance is inserted through the resulting opening into the particulate filter. The entire content (1 litre of cleaning fluid) of the 5in1 Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaner is sprayed directly onto the surface of the particle filter at an operating pressure of 6-8 bar at intervals of 5 to 10 sec, with a break of 5 to 10 sec each time. Move and rotate the spray lance during cleaning to cover the entire surface as thoroughly as possible with the 5in1 Diesel particle filter cleaner. Then flush the particle filter with the entire contents of 1 litre of 5in1 DPF flushing fluid (PART 2).
