5in1 Instant Gasket Black is a liquid gasket intended for engines with oxygen sensors. Ideal for making replacement gaskets for valve cover, transmission, oil sumps, water pumps, thermostat housing, axle housing, exhaust manifold and many other applications. Resistant to high temperature up to +260 ℃ 500 F (short-term). Properties - Resistant to transmission fluids, water, oil and antifreeze. - Replaces cork, felt, paper and rubber gaskets. - New power can allows controlling the effluent sealant to achieve a professional finish. - Resistant to fuel. - Available in the colour black Instructions for use Surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Cut the spout to desired thickness. Turn the regulator to open the valve. this will raise the lever to the maximum. Place the spout at the beginning of the joints to be made. Press the lever and pull the spout along the joint/surface in a smooth motion. The amount of exiting sealant can be controlled by turning back the regulator. After use, turn back the regulator completely, the lever lowers and the valve closes. Insert the sealing cap so that the curing for the sealant in the spout is delayed. If the connection has to be dismantled again later, smear some oil on one of the contact surfaces. Do not over-tighten the connection!
