The BATTERYstart START CABLE 700A by OSRAM is a high-quality starter cable for professional and private use. The cables are made of copper-coated aluminium, which reduces the resistance of the cable and enables a constant and effective transfer of current. The starter cable is 3.5 metres long and has a cross-section of 25 mm². Thanks to its length and cross-section, vehicles with petrol and diesel engines up to 5.5 litres can be started, as a peak current of up to 700 A and a direct current of 350 A can be achieved. It is suitable for 12V and 24V. To prevent heavy wear, the OSRAM BATTERYstart START CABLE 700A is sheathed in flexible but durable PVC and the insulated clamps offer extra safety and durability. The different colours of the cables and the handles on the clamps reduce the risk of confusing the positive and negative clamps and thus the risk of connecting them to the battery incorrectly. The cables can be neatly and compactly stored in the storage bag provided. The user manual is also attached to the back of the storage bag and is therefore quickly accessible.
