Classic jumper cables from OSRAM With the OSRAM jumper cable range, drivers of motorcycles, cars, commercial vehicles and lorries now have a quick and easy way to transfer battery power between a donor vehicle and a recipient vehicle, so they are ready to go again. The BATTERYstart START CABLE 900A by OSRAM is a high-quality starter cable for professional and private use. The cables are made of copper-coated aluminium, which reduces the resistance of the cable and enables a constant and effective transfer of current. The starter cable is 4.5 metres long and has a cross-section of 35 mm². Thanks to its length and cross-section, it can be used to start petrol and diesel engines up to 7.0 litres, as it can reach a peak current of 900 A and a continuous current of 450 A. It is suitable for 12V and 24V. To prevent heavy wear, the OSRAM BATTERYstart START CABLE 900A is sheathed in flexible but durable PVC and the insulated clamps offer extra safety and durability. The different colours of the cables and the handles on the clamps reduce the risk of confusing the positive and negative clamps and thus the risk of connecting them to the battery incorrectly. The cables can be neatly and compactly stored in the storage bag provided. The user manual is also attached to the back of the storage bag and is therefore quickly accessible.
